Each bra-cup has a cotton/spandex pocket to hold breast form. Top cups are polyester lace; bottom cups and sides are polyester tricot. Elastic sections are nylon/spandex. Strap adjusts in back to avoid irritation to surgery area. Bra has underarm pockets to hold Balanced-Fit Cushion. The cushion is nylon. The cushion is free of charge, and available upon request.
